The site of the neolithic village was known as Skara Brae, long before the settlement was uncovered by a storm. Skara has a few potential Nordic translations but most point to the characteristics of the dunes themselves. Regardless of the mystery, there is no doubt the settlement is now world renowned. Stretching our horizons, we brewed this unique beer, connecting the old world to the new, from one west coast to another.
